The Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock is the centerpiece of our system. It is black, it is flexible, and it is made for the job. It locks the hatch on top of the tanker and the discharge port below -- Two critical points. One lock system. The Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock is intrinsically safe and explosion-proof. That means it can sit on a tanker carrying gasoline or crude oil without creating a spark. Inside, there is a lithium battery. You charge it once a month. A full charge takes 30 minutes. Eaglestar designed it that way so you can charge it while the truck is unloading. No extra stop. No wasted time. Waterproof? Yes. Dustproof? Yes. It handles sun, rain, and the kind of roads that shake everything loose.
How Does Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock? Work?
Three components work together:
- Black Smart Flexible Lock: Installed on the hatch and discharge port. It physically secures the point and reports status in real time.
- Signal Transmission Terminal: Mounted inside the cab. It acts as a hub, collecting data from the lock and pushing it to the cloud.
- White Smart Lead Seal Strip: Used on manhole covers, flange connections, and other high-risk areas. Its built-in battery lasts 3 to 5 years. If the steel cable gets cut, an alarm triggers instantly. You can also verify its ID with any NFC-enabled phone.
Connected through IoT, these three let you see everything from one place: which vehicle, which compartment, whether it's locked, and where.
What Can Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock? Do?
Unlock Only in Authorized Zones
You can set authorized zones in the system-like depots or gas stations. The lock only opens within those boundaries. Any attempt outside triggers an immediate alarm and logs the event.
Per-Compartment Control
A tanker may have multiple compartments for different delivery points. The system supports independent control for each one. You lock each compartment separately. The cargo for Station A doesn't end up at Station B.
Automatic Stop Alerts
The platform monitors how long a vehicle stays parked. Stop outside a geo-fence for more than 8 minutes-the system flags it. Stop inside a zone for 3 to 5 minutes-it flags it too. These thresholds can be adjusted.
Power Cut or No Signal? Covered
If the driver cuts power, the lock runs on its own battery. Data still gets reported. If the vehicle enters an area with no signal, devices store data locally. Once signal returns, everything syncs automatically. Local storage holds up to one month of records.
What Does the Platform Show?
Log into the management platform, and you can see:
- Real-time status of all vehicles: online status, location, speed, lock condition
- Live maps with high-definition satellite imagery
- Every sealing and unsealing event, timestamped to the second
- Location and duration of abnormal stops
- Usage statistics by region or by site
One practical feature: permission management. You can grant temporary access to clients or partners. No more calls asking "where's the truck?" You decide who sees what. Access can be revoked anytime.
The platform supports multiple languages. Right now, we have a client in Nigeria who has purchased 88 units-and they keep adding more.
