This intrinsically safe, explosion-proof electronic flexible lock is designed for oil tankers and hazardous material transport vehicles. It is installed on the discharge hatch or manhole cover. Unlike mechanical locks or disposable seals, this lock communicates: it transmits its status-locked or open, engaged or disengaged, battery level-in real-time to the cloud via the Transmission Terminal in the cab, allowing managers to monitor every vehicle from their desks.

Built-in sensors precisely identify "engaged" vs. "disengaged" states. The Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock System is only considered secured when fully engaged. Any unauthorized disengagement triggers an immediate alert.
Dual-Action Locking Mechanism
The unique bidirectional locking design ensures that once locked, the mechanism cannot be moved up or down. The cable features four "prongs"-any cut is logged by the Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock System, ensuring tamper events are traceable.
Geo-Fencing & Zone Control
The Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock System supports pre-set authorized zones (e.g., depots, gas stations). The lock can only be opened within these designated areas. Any attempt outside the zone triggers an immediate system alarm, serving as a powerful deterrent.
LoRa Communication for Stable Connectivity
The Eaglestar Smart Flexible Lock System communicates with the in-cab transmission terminal via LoRa wireless technology, sending status signals every 5-8 seconds. This ensures reliable data transmission even in remote areas or weak signal conditions.
