The installation and use of the fuel tank level gauge should follow a series of safety regulations and operating requirements to ensure the normal operation and safety of the equipment. ‌

Firstly, the fuel tank level monitor should be installed in a fixed position to ensure a secure and reliable connection between the equipment and the fuel tank. In addition, the equipment should be equipped with appropriate protective covers or shields to prevent physical impact or damage from the outside world. The equipment should be installed in a dry, ventilated, non corrosive gas and non open flame environment, away from high temperatures, humidity and corrosive gases to avoid affecting the normal operation and service life of the equipment.

Operators should receive professional training and be familiar with the instructions before using the fuel tank level monitoring device. Before operating the equipment, check if it is working properly and ensure that the connecting wires are not loose or damaged. When operating, the operation buttons and adjustment switches should be used correctly and operated in sequence. Unauthorized disassembly or repair of equipment is prohibited. In the event of a malfunction, immediate contact should be made with maintenance personnel for assistance.

When operating equipment, appropriate protective goggles, gloves, and protective clothing should be worn to avoid accidents caused by operational errors. Attention should be paid to the operating voltage of the equipment to avoid electric shock accidents and ensure a good connection between the equipment and the ground wire. It is prohibited to place any metal or other conductive objects inside the equipment. When releasing liquids or moving devices, be sure to cut off the power and wait for the device to completely stop running.

In addition, regularly check the connection lines and instrument equipment of the fuel tank oil level monitoring device to ensure the normal operation of all components. Clean the surface of the equipment to avoid the accumulation of dust and dirt. Regularly replace the device battery to avoid power outages and shutdowns caused by battery depletion.

In abnormal situations such as equipment malfunction, fire, oil leakage, etc., the power supply of the equipment should be immediately cut off and relevant personnel should be contacted for handling. Use firefighting equipment or other emergency devices for necessary emergency response to ensure safety.
