During a comprehensive factory tour, the Mongolian delegates showed particular interest in Eaglestar's tank level gauge and their performance under specific operational conditions, raising several pertinent questions which were addressed by Eaglestar's technical team.
Cold Weather Performance & Power Adaptability
The delegation inquired about the potential freezing of the nozzle reel in Eaglestar Mobile Fuel Dispenser during Mongolia's severe winters. Eaglestar engineers confirmed that the nozzle reel is constructed from specialized low-temperature resistant materials, ensuring flexibility and reliable operation even in sub-zero conditions.
Regarding the operability of the Eaglestar tank level gauge controller in remote areas without grid power, such as mining sites, Eaglestar clarified that while the console requires electricity, it can be powered by generators, offering a practical solution for off-grid applications.
System Integration & Data Visibility
On the topic of Eaglestar tank level gauge controller scalability, the delegation asked how many tanks can be monitored by a single Eaglestar tank level gauge. Eaglestar explained that each probe is dedicated to one tank, but a single control console can support up to six probes, allowing simultaneous monitoring of six tanks.
The client also asked whether the Eaglestar tank level gauge could display data from the Eaglestar fuel dispenser or measure fuel density. Eaglestar clarified that the Eaglestar tank level gauge is designed solely for tank inventory management (volume, temperature, water level, etc.) and does not interface with Eaglestar fuel dispenser data or measure density.
Payment System Compatibility
Regarding the multi-payment functionality of the Eaglestar 7 fuel dispenser Series, the delegation inquired about compatibility with international payment methods and local financial systems. Eaglestar stated that while systems like UnionPay or VISA are not currently supported, implementing such solutions would require robust local partnership networks similar to WeChat Pay operational model, which is not yet feasible in the target market.
The visit concluded positively, with the Mongolian delegates expressing strong satisfaction with the technical clarifications and the robustness of Eaglestar's solutions and support structure.
