If your fuel dispenser is not dispensing fuel properly after installation, there are a few key troubleshooting steps you can follow to identify and resolve the issue efficiently.

First, check the connection of the dispenser's main control board. Ensure all plugs and connectors are properly inserted and secured. An improperly connected plug can disrupt communication between the control system and mechanical components, preventing fuel from being dispensed.

Next, verify that the pump machine's calibration coefficient is set correctly. If the value is abnormally high or low, it may cause the system to miscalculate fuel output. Adjust the coefficient to match the standard template parameters recommended for your model.

If the issue persists after checking the connections and adjusting the coefficient, proceed with a full system reset. Restoring the machine to its original factory settings can often eliminate software-related faults. Should the problem remain unresolved even after initialization, consider replacing the fuel flow sensor, as it may be malfunctioning and preventing accurate fuel delivery.
