If there is an oil leak, there must be oil stains. Here I will talk about the analysis of oil stains first, and then the determination of oil stains. We know that there are five kinds of gasoline, engine oil, brake fluid, gear oil and booster oil in cars. The oil is bronze with high viscosity.

Oil leakage can manifest in various forms, each with distinct characteristics. Splash oil spreads irregularly in all directions, leaving large, scattered traces. Obvious oil leakage results in a significant drip, quickly forming a large pool with concentrated oil in the center that gradually fades outward. Slow dripping leads to a similar pooling effect, with a blackened center but no standing oil, fading over time. In hanging oil leakage, oil accumulates at the leak point without dripping immediately, eventually forming a small pool below with a dark center and lighter edges. Some leaks leave only black oil marks without visible drips, with the stain fading outward depending on severity. Yin oil leakage differs as it lacks a clear source, appearing as a light stain that darkens when mixed with dust.
