During the use of the oil dispenser, the main faults caused by mechanical reasons are: ① no oil supply (insufficient oil supply); ② noise; ③ oil out of exhaust hole; ④ leakage; ⑤ slow flow rate; ⑥ inaccurate measurement; ⑦ oil and gas cannot be separated; ⑧ self-sealing oil gun does not self-seal.
The following is a brief introduction to the troubleshooting methods for the above common faults:
1, No oil supply (insufficient supply)
The failure rate of non-oil supply is higher and comes from many aspects. When troubleshooting such faults, it is necessary to judge whether the machine fault or the unreasonable installation of pipeline oil tank. The exclusion method is as follows:
First, listen to the sound and judge the fault location. After the oil dispenser is started, the pump turns slightly, and the load increases when the oil enters the pump cavity, and the sound is heavy. This proves that the oil has entered the high-pressure chamber of the oil and gas separator. Thus, it can be judged that there is no fault in the pipeline, oil tank or pump, and the fault may be in the measuring converter and separator.
If the fault can not be judged by listening to the sound, the upper cover of separator shall be opened. Control the switch manually to start the motor to see if the oil enters the high-pressure chamber of separator. If the oil does not enter the separator high-pressure chamber, the fault is in the pump, pipeline or oil tank. If the oil enters the high-pressure chamber of oil-gas separator, it means that there is not fault in the pump, pipeline or oil tank, and the separator outlet valve may be faulty. Therefore, it can be concluded that the fault is caused by the measurement converter.
If it is impossible to find out whether the failure of the oil supply is caused by machine failure or pipeline or oil tank fault, remove the flexible pipe, disconnect the pipeline from the machine and connect the temporary pipeline test.
2, Loud noise
The noise is caused by the failure of pump, separator or pipeline oil tank. The exclusion method is as follows:
First, check whether the installation of pipeline oil tank meets the requirements. Because of the long horizontal distance of the pipeline, fine pipe diameter and small opening of check valve in the tank, the noise of the machine will be increased.
If the above installation is suitable, check whether the separator screen is blocked.
Finally, check the pump failure. Check whether the shaft sleeve is seriously worn, whether the rotor is drawn on the two ends of pump cover of the pump body, and whether the overflow valve seat is loose.
If the fault is not found, connect the temporary pipeline test machine to hear whether the machine sound is normal (because there are few faults with large noise except for the plugging of machine screen).
3, Oil outlet of exhaust hole
The oil outlet of the exhaust hole is caused by the failure of separator and pipeline oil tank. After troubleshooting the pipeline oil tank, first check the filter screen, and then check whether the float is in oil or falling off, whether the air outlet valve can be closed, the sealing performance is not good, and whether the oil return valve can be opened.
4, Leakage
The method of judging the external leakage is relatively simple, and it can be seen from the leaking part which part is. Just fix the problem directly.
5, Slow flow rate
The slow flow rate is due to the failure of the oil gun, separator, pump and pipeline tank. The exclusion method is as follows:
- First, check whether the pipeline tank installation meets the requirements. If the installation does not meet the requirements, it is naturally caused by unreasonable installation.
- If the pipeline tank is installed properly, the oil gun shall be removed first to see the flow rate is fast and slow.
- The flow rate of oil is still slow after the oil gun is removed. Remove the filter screen sleeve to see if it is blocked.
- If there is no fault, disassemble the pump to see if there is internal leakage and slow down the flow rate.
- If the fault is still not solved after all the inspection, the temporary pipeline shall be connected to judge whether the machine itself is faulty or the fault outside the machine. Because of the air leakage in the pipeline and the small opening of the check valve in the oil tank, the flow rate will also be affected (if the temporary pipeline is not connected, the fuel dispenser will not be faulted).
6, Inaccurate measurement
The measurement inaccuracy mainly comes from the fault of the measuring converter. Since the measurement converter is one of the key parts under supervision, it is necessary to report it to the local metrology and verification institution first and apply for replacement after obtaining the consent.
7, Oil and gas cannot be separated
Oil and gas cannot be separated, and the oil and gas contain bubbles. This phenomenon is mainly due to the failure of oil-gas separator.
- First, listen to whether the exhaust valve hole of separator is discharged or blocked; put your finger on the exhaust valve hole to feel if there is any air wave on your fingers.
- If the vent valve hole is not discharged or blocked, check whether the low pressure chamber of separator is leaking.
- Then check whether the suction pipe outside the machine is leaking and whether the separator outlet valve card is in the normally open position.
8, Self-sealing oil nozzle not self sealing
The main reason for self-sealing oil nozzle is that the upper cavity of switch film is not tightly sealed with the outside, the screws of plastic gland in the above cavity are not tightened; the adapter sleeve in the nozzle of the oil gun and the "O" sealing ring on the auxiliary seat are damaged, so that the pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities of the switch film can not be formed. The solution is to tighten the plastic gland screws and replace the damaged "O" ring.
Another case of oil nozzle not self-sealing is that the small flow is not self-sealing. This is because in the case of small flow, the flow rate is low, the air suction is weak, the pressure difference between the upper and lower cavities of the switch film is small, so the spring force cannot be overcome to move the self-sealing rod upward. The solution is to reduce the spring force of the cavity on the switch film.
