For the majority of stationmaster, as equipment administrator, but did not receive professional training, skill level is hard to avoid. How to do it? Turn complexity into simplicity, grasp the key points, and strictly control safety.

  • First: oil way

The oil flows through the triangular flange at the bottom of the tanker, the crude oil filter (the non submersible pump system needs to flow through the self-contained centrifugal pump or gear pump), the oil-gas separator, the essential oil filter and the metering device to the outlet of the refueling gun. This is the oil circuit.

Continuous oil leakage will inevitably lead to oil stains in corresponding places. Once oil leakage occurs, we can easily observe it with naked eyes. This pass is relatively easy to control. As long as we carefully implement the relevant procedures of daily inspection, weekly inspection and monthly inspection according to the daily inspection regulations, we can find and deal with it in time to avoid the accumulation of combustible oil vapor.

  • Second: circuit

The fuel dispenser circuit includes power, control, pulse, display, lightning protection and anti-static circuits, of which lightning protection and anti-static circuits are the focus.

The hidden trouble of the circuit is not easy to detect, because the electricity is invisible. In addition to the short circuit of the power supply, open circuit or unstable voltage, which will lead to the abnormal function of the fuel dispenser and be found, the electrostatic grounding contact is poor or virtual, usually there will be no fault, and it can not be judged by human senses, so it is easy to be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to use a multimeter to test according to the specified time interval.

Generally, it is better to test the refueling gun once a month at stations. In coastal areas and areas with serious corrosion, the detection frequency should be increased to once every half a month.

  • The third: sealing

The main purpose of sealing is to isolate the contact between oil vapor and electric spark. The specific sealing parts include the computer control box, the partition between the computer box and the mechanical box, and the explosion-proof junction box.

The above sealing parts mainly use rubber strips, rings, etc. due to the influence of climate and site, the rubber products will expand and shrink in heat, age and crack, making the sealing failure. Therefore, regular inspection should be carried out according to the daily inspection regulations.

  1. The sealing strip between the computer case cover and the parts installed on the panel and the case cover shall be free of notch, deformation and obvious thickness difference.
  2. The wires and pipes between the computer box and the partition board of the mechanical box should pass through, and the added sealing ring should not be loose, deformed or fallen off. The handle must be tight and firm.
  3. The strong and weak current explosion-proof junction box is generally located at the place where oil vapor often accumulates at the bottom of the tanker, and its sealing performance is guaranteed by the sealing strip and bolt.

Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing strip is intact and the bolt is locked.
